KNOXVILLE — ESPN’s College GameDay will broadcast from the University of Tennessee campus Saturday before No. 14 Tennessee hosts No. 1 Texas at Neyland Stadium.
The show airs from 9 a.m. to noon ET on ESPN and ESPNU. The first two hours will come from the lawn of Ayres Hall. The final hour will move inside Neyland Stadium ahead of the noon kickoff on ABC.
Rece Davis will host. Analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban will be on the set, along with Pete Thamel, Steve Coughlin, Jen Lada and Jess Sims. Herbstreit will then join Chris Fowler and Holly Rowe on the ABC game broadcast.
Saturday marks GameDay’s 13th visit to Knoxville and the fourth during Josh Heupel’s tenure. Tennessee last hosted the show in 2025 for Georgia.
Tennessee Athletics has designated the game as Checker Neyland. Fans are asked to wear orange or white based on their assigned section. Overnight camping on the Hill is not allowed. The GameDay viewing area opens early Saturday morning. Signs with websites, political messages or oversized poles are not permitted.
Kickoff is noon ET. Stadium gates open at 9 a.m.
